This site began as a place to collect and house my thoughts and musings as I traveled through the process of learning about the interlaced workings of education and technology. While I will continue to use it to collect and reflect my musing, I will be slowly integrating to include a professional portfolio to demonstrate my knowledge and strengths.
Now more than ever technology is at the forefront of educational discussions. However it is more than just putting children in front of a computer or tablet. We are discovering that there are theories and practices that enhance learning online and that it is critical to create cohesive and comprehensive learning environments that are individual to the instructional platform. This isn’t just about recreating the classroom. It’s a new way of thinking and processing.
